When will I receive my tracking information?
Tracking information is usually updated within 24–48 hours after your order has been shipped.
The device won't charge. What should I do?
When charging correctly, the button indicator light will illuminate and display a breathing light effect.
If the indicator light does not turn on after connecting the charger, the charger may not be compatible with the device.
We recommend using a standard low-power charging source, such as:
- A 5V/1A charger
- A laptop USB port
- A power bank USB port
Please avoid using fast chargers, as they may prevent the device from charging properly.
How do I turn on the product?
Press and hold the Power button for approximately 3 seconds to turn the device on or off.
When the device powers on successfully, it will provide a brief vibration feedback, and the indicator light will begin flashing.
